• We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer with a hands-on approach to developing enterprise-grade applications, with the potential of growing into a Team Lead role, where the successful candidate will be granted the opportunity to nurture and manage a team of their own.

About You

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Aspiration for career growth and nurturing junior and mid-level colleagues.
• Backend development with Java 8+ EE.
• Extensive Java knowledge (OOP, data structures, inheritance).
• Knowledge of SOAP Web Services, XSD, XML.
• Knowledge of relational databases like Oracle and MSSQL.
• Knowledge of source control systems like GIT, SVN.
• Experience with Agile methodology and its rituals.
• Excellent understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Outstanding English language skill is required (C1 level at least).
• International experience either working or studying abroad.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with performance optimization and debugging in Java-based systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience in microservices architecture and containerized environments like Docker/Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of frontend technologies (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus but not mandatory.
