Looking for

We require a Graduate Software Engineer to join our growing team building bespoke software solutions in a leading ETRM trading platform. You could be writing an algorithm to intelligently automate order execution, building a highly resilient web service, or squeezing every last ounce of performance out of the in-memory database. Expect to be challenged, but, no matter what, you will be guided and supported.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support well-tested, high-quality, and maintainable software.
• Contribute and collaborate with product owners, architects, and other software engineers to
• deliver software components.
• Manage and prioritize own work workload to ensure the highest quality delivery to deadlines.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other STEM discipline
• Experience programming Java
• Experience programming databases Oracle/SQLServer

Desirable

• Familiarity with web technologies (XML, CSS)
• Financial markets knowledge, but, don’t worry, we’ll teach you all you need to know.
